Hi Phil,

Thanks again for your excellent work.  I've recommended you to a couple of associates.

As you know, the closing was delayed by a call from Corporate in Reston VA until the rather extensive punch list developed from your report could be addressed.  It took them 10 days, and every item was corrected except a couple of items still on order (garage doors and drawer facing).  Jim (the project manager) was great.

Craig  (the original project manager) was forced to pay Long Architecture & Engineering and Shamrock for Inspection reports out of his own pocket.  Richard of Long found no structural problems, but stated in his report that the siding was installed without leaving proper lap ends and nailed too tightly.  The siding and interior walls were removed and installed correctly.

Shamrock found that the fans were set too high, causing the noise.  They checked all registers, and I have their report.  They also lit the pilots, which had not been done.

The sod and a couple of pines were replaced, an entire section of the drive was re-done, the roof shingles and leak fixed, the flashing was caulked, the vents re-installed, the kitchen floor replaced, the downspouts re-positioned, etc. etc. etc.

So that's where we are.  The 30-day inspection should occur soon.  We are very happy with the house and the outcome.  Hiring you was one of the smartest things I've done in recent memory.  Thanks again, and please stop by if you are in the area.

Thanks again for your excellent inspection of 154 Broad St.  Everyone we spoke too including the realtor was amazed at the job you did, and we apreciate it.  Thanks again. We closed last Thursday and received a credit to handle some of the issues.  We were wondering if you know or know how to find a qualified electrican in the Monmouth County area to address our knob and tube wiring. I would like to get this off the list first and then tackle the rest.

Thanks again for the great job. Our realtor will be calling you, her sister is buying a house and wants you to do the inspection.

Although we didn’t buy the house we bid on, we did however get a great deal of information from Inspections, Plus.  Had we not gotten the inspection and the details and photos of this report from Inspections, Plus we would have been at a greater loss than just the cost of the inspection.  It really paid us back in knowledge to have this home inspection.  Thanks for such a great job.  We recommend Inspections, Plus to anyone in the home buying or selling industry.

It was so nice to meet you on Friday.  Thank you for all of your attention to detail.  I definitely feel consoled knowing that you've "inspected" my new home.  I have forwarded a copy of your email to the builder so that we can talk line by line of any issues that you have noted.  I will take note of what he says, and if he has any "excuses" or if i have any questions, I will call you directly during the week.  I told David (the builder) that you will probably be back to the house on Thursday night to inspect what was not able to be inspected this past Friday.  According to "best laid plans", all inspections should be done and painting completed by Wednes night; however, he does not have the cleaning crew coming in until Friday morning, so I don't know if you feel that Friday morning would be better or if Thursday night is still better despite not having it all professionally cleaned.  Our closing is currently scheduled for 1pm on Friday 6/27 and I don't know if you already have an inspection scheduled for this Friday morning, and of course our closing is also contingent upon everything getting completed this week, hence I assume that you and I will talk during the week and I'll keep you informed of the progress.  Thank you so much for your flexibility and for working with us during our stressful, down to the wire, week.  Thanks again for everything, and I will definitely recommend your services (as I already did for my parents who are buying in Monroe, NJ)  to other people who are buying homes.  Thanks again, Michelle

This is great quality work and quick turn-around time!  Also, appreciate getting both the soft copies and hard copies; I got the hard copy originals from Mom on Saturday and I placed them in the binder that you provided. I do like the details you provide in your inspection report, and yet the grading codes, color codes, and plain language make it simple to review so we can more easily prioritize our efforts of repairs.  Thanks again!

How are you?  This is Dustin from  Properties.  It's been a while since our last inspection with you.  If you recall, you did the inspection on my condo in Voorhees back in mid 2006 (under Dustin ), saved us from a horrible investment property in Millville with a bad roof in early 2007, and most recently a duplex in Woodbury (for Properties, LLC) in July or August 2007.  It's been a steep learning curve for us, but we are surviving (which is better than the majority it seems).

I am buying another home and would like you to inspect it next week.
